This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application ("the Application") which was created as a high-performance utility document scanner. The Application specializes in converting physical documents into digital PDFs using on-device image processing.

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Personally Identifiable Information

The Application does not require any user account creation, registration, or logging in. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

B. Native Device Permissions

To provide its core utility features, the Application requires explicit authorization to access certain native features on your mobile device:

• Camera Access: Required to operate the live camera view, capture document pages, and utilize the device flash/torch. Image data captured by the camera is processed dynamically in your device’s volatile memory and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
• Local Storage/Filesystem: Required to write, save, update, and read the generated PDF files inside your device's local directory (Directory.Documents). The app can only see and manage files inside its own local sandboxed vault or files you explicitly import.

2. Third-Party Data Collection (Advertising)

To keep this application completely free of charge, we partner with Google AdMob to display advertisements. The millisecond the app launches, the Google Mobile Ads SDK integrated into the application may automatically collect and process certain non-personal device information.

Data Collected by Google AdMob includes:

• IP addresses (used for general geographic location estimation).
• Device signatures, manufacturing models, operating system version, and mobile carrier.
• Unique advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID on Android, and IDFA on iOS).
• App analytics event logs regarding ad impressions, clicks, and interaction durations.

This data is utilized by Google strictly to serve contextually relevant advertisements, limit ad repetition, and prevent fraudulent click traffic.

Your Tracking Choices: On iOS devices, you will be prompted via the App Tracking Transparency framework to allow or deny ad tracking. On Android, you can reset or disable your Advertising ID at any time via your system device settings.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all document history data is stored inside your phone's physical memory, you have absolute control over your data:

• Deleting a file inside the app's history "Vault" instantly wipes the data from your local storage system permanently.
• Uninstalling the Application from your device completely destroys all locally saved PDF documents and scanned assets. We cannot recover deleted files for you.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect or address anyone under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not inadvertently store data from children. Furthermore, our AdMob ad configurations are filtered to prevent the distribution of age-inappropriate advertisements. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided external information, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective measures.
